How often do you release new products?
We are frequently adding new products to our range. We typically release new products every 12 weeks. From time to time we'll add limited release designs/themes as well.

What if the item I want is not available in the size I require on the website?
If the size you require is not available for selection at time of ordering, this generally means that we no longer manufacture this item and are now completely out of stock. If the item size is indicating 'Out of Stock' this typically means that we are completely out of stock and new stock won't arrive in this print.

Will I have to pay any taxes and duties for my order ?
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee. While we apologize for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office).

What payment methods can I use?
On our web shop you can safely pay with your credit card through Multi Safe Pay. MultiSafepay is a subsidiary company of Multipay BV, a Payment Service Provider which since its inception in 2000 has become an independent and reputable intermediary between web shops, consumers and banks. How long does it take to process my order?
The processing of you order does not take long. As soon as the order is paid in full, we start processing and then packing you order. Normally an order ships within 2-3 business days for the Netherlands.

What if I change my mind and want to change my order once my order is placed?
Once an order is placed and paid for at our web shop, you can not make any changes. Therefore is it very important that you check so that you order is correct before you proceed to paying for your order.
