How much does shipping cost?
NL Delivery: €3,95
International: you can check the shipping cost on international orders in the second step of the checkout.

Which shipping methods do you use?
Currently we offer two shipping methods depending on the country of the delivery address. We’ve partnered with DPD or DHL within Europe and DHL and UPS for international shipping. We are constantly evaluating our shipping methods to ensure our customers get their orders in the most convenient way.

UPS Access Points: It’s also possible to have your order delivered to a UPS Access Point, so you can pick it up whenever it suits you best. Please pick up your order within 10 working days to prevent the order from being returned. The complete list of active UPS Access Points can be found here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff. All shipments require a signature when being picked up.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes sir! We offer free shipping in the Netherlands for orders over €75.

How long does shipping take?
In general, orders are shipped within 1 weekday after the order is placed. After the order has been shipped, our logistics partner DPD/UPS/DHL will handle the delivery and this also generally takes 1 weekday. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. You’ll normally receive your order within 2-3 business days. Please take into account that we do not deliver on weekends.

When will my pre-order be shipped?
With a pre-order, the estimated shipping date is always displayed on the product page and during checkout. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands on this date. Please note that we do not split orders when shipping. This means that if you've ordered an item that’s currently in stock and a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item is available. If this is a problem, please order items that are in stock separately.

Can I track my order?
After we ship your order, you will receive an email from UPS with information on how to track your order. If you would like to make a change, this must be done through UPS as we are no longer in control of the delivery after the order has left our warehouse.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
If you’re not at home when your order arrives, UPS will leave a note and your package will be taken to the nearest UPS access point for you to pick up within 10 weekdays. Don’t wait too long with picking it up. If your order is not picked up within 10 days it will be returned to our warehouse. Depending on the circumstances, your purchase (shipping costs excluded) will be refunded.

Do you ship internationally? And to which countries?
Generally we can ship our products anywhere in the world from our warehouse in The Netherlands. If we are unable to deliver an order, we will contact you and refund your order in full.

Do I have to pay any fees for customs?
For us as a European company, all orders delivered within the European Union are exempt from customs and import duties. However, if your order is delivered outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs and import duties once the shipment reaches that country.

Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check the customs and import policies of your country to find out if it is likely that you’ll be charged with extra fees.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
This is only possible if you have chosen to pick up your order at a UPS Access Point. Furthermore, we unfortunately do not currently have a store for customers to pick up their order instead of having it delivered.
