I didn’t receive an order confirmation email

You’ll receive a confirmation email within half an hour after successfully placing an order. No mail? Please check the junk mail or spam folder first. Still no mail? Please contact us using one of the options below. One of our customer service heroes will then check the status of your order and provide you with the order confirmation.

Can I change my or cancel my order?

We’re usually really quick at packing up your order which means you can’t make any changes to the order once you’ve placed it. Changing the delivery address or shipping method is unfortunately no longer possible either.
If you experience an urgent problem with a placed order, we will do our best to fix it before the ordered item leaves our warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee this, so please make sure all details are filled in correctly before confirming the order.
If you’ve changed your mind about the product you can always return the item within 30 days to receive a full refund.

I’ve received a faulty item. What should I do?

We’re really sorry to hear this! Please let us know immediately if something is wrong with your ordered item. Contact our customer service through one of the options below and always mention:
  • The order number
  • Name of the faulty or damaged item
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Normally we’ll send a replacement item free of charge in case of a damage or defect.

    I’m not happy with the product I’ve received. What can I do?

    If you’re not satisfied with the item you received, or if it doesn’t fit or match your expectations, just give us a call so we can figure things out. Please contact our customer service through one of the options below.
    Of course, you can always return the item within 30 days and receive a full refund.
