What payment types can I use?

Depending on your location, you can use any of the payment methods listed below to pay for your order. We take security and fraud very seriously, so all payments are subject to validation and authorisation by both payment provider and card issuer.
When you use PayPal as a payment method you will be redirected to the PayPal environment to complete the transaction.

What currencies can I use to place an order?

We offer two types of currencies: EUR (€) and USD ($). You can change the currency and language of the desktop version of the website by using the flag button at the top right corner of your screen. Use the main menu when you’re shopping with us through mobile.

Do you offer any discounts or promo codes?

We understand that our customers are looking for a great deal every now and then. This is why our prices may change from time to time. It’s worth checking the website often to catch the latest deals. Also keep an eye on our social media and newsletters for the latest news on our promotions.

Customers who shop in our webshop for the first time are eligible for a welcome discount when they sign up for the Muchachomalo newsletter. The welcome discount isn’t valid in combination with other promotions.

My discount / promo code isn’t working. Can you help?

If your discount or promo code doesn’t work, please check the following:
  • You can only use one discount code per order. Some discount codes are limited to one use per customer.
  • The general terms and conditions may vary per discount code. Some discount codes are only valid for certain items and have an expiry date. So always check the terms and conditions that match the discount code you are trying to use.
  • Some discount codes are limited to specific countries or customer accounts.
  • If your discount code meets the criteria above, but still doesn't work, please contact our customer service team using one of the options below.

    Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?


    Our prices change regularly due to seasonal trends, changing inventories and increasing or decreasing customer demand. For these reasons, we cannot compensate for any price differences afterwards.
