Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Did you order an item but you want to exchange it for another colour or size? No problem! Fill in the return form and add the new item including the colour and size. Send your original order back (you do have to pay for shipping costs) and once we’ve received it, we will send you a new item for free.

How can I return an unwanted item?

Not happy with your new look? That’s okay, you can return any item you have ordered from us within 30 days. With the exception of faulty goods, the returned items must be in their original condition. All packaging and labels must also be attached and included in order for you to get a full refund (shipping costs excluded).

Do you offer free returns?

With the exception of faulty goods, we currently do not cover the cost of returning an item to us. We recommend that you send the item with a registered delivery method so that you can track it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that never reach our warehouse or are damaged during their return.

I’ve returned my items. What happens next?

Once we’ve received your item back at our warehouse, standard inspection checks are carried out in accordance with the reason of return stated on the return slip. After approval we will send you a confirmation email and a refund will be processed.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order. This usually takes a maximum of 10 weekdays, depending on the bank or card provider.

I’ve returned my items but still didn’t get a refund. What can I do?

Refunds can take up to 10 weekdays. Once we have authorized the refund, your individual payment provider is responsible for finalizing your payment. If you still haven't received a refund after 10 weekdays, please contact us using the options below so we can figure it out for you.

How can I return a faulty item?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve received a faulty item, and we’d like to solve this problem for you quick and easy. Please contact us using the options below and keep this information at hand:
  • Your order number
  • The name of the faulty item
  • Description and imagery of the error

  • Usually we can exchange faulty items free of charge. Depending on the item, the problem, and your location we can arrange collection of the faulty item.

    It’s taking a while for me to get my refund. What happened?
