How much does shipping cost?
For delivery in The Netherlands you pay €3,95. We offer competitive shipping rates for delivery outside The Netherlands. In the checkout you can see what the shopping costs.

Orders over €80 will be delivered free of charge. 

Which shipping methods do you use?
We ship orders within the Netherlands and Europe with GLS. We have a partnership with DHL for shipping outside Europe. We continually evaluate our shipping methods to ensure that our customers receive their orders in the most convenient manner.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping in the Netherlands for orders over €80.

How long does shipping take?
In general, orders are shipped within 1 to 3 working day after the order is placed. In busy periodes, such as Black Friday and Summersale, the December month & sales periods it can take a little longer to receive your order.
After the order has been shipped, our logistics partner GLS will handle the delivery. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Please take into account that GLS does not deliver on weekends.

Can I track my order?
After we ship your order, you will receive an email from GLS with information on how to track your order. If you would like to make a change, this must be done through GLS as we are no longer in control of the delivery after the order has left our warehouse.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
If you’re not at home when your order arrives, GLS will leave a note and your package will be taken to the nearest GLS Delivery Point for you to pick up within 10 weekdays. Don’t wait too long with picking it up. If your order is not picked up within 10 days it will be returned to our warehouse. Depending on the circumstances, your purchase (shipping costs excluded) will be refunded.

Do you ship internationally? And to which countries?
Generally we can ship our products anywhere in the world from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

Do I have to pay any fees for customs?
For us as a European company, all orders delivered within the European Union are exempt from customs and import duties. However, if your order is delivered outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs and import duties once the shipment reaches that country.

Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check the customs and import policies of your country to find out if it is likely that you’ll be charged with extra fees.
