Who are we?

Fashion Juice B.V., based in Beverwijk, is the organization behind the Lifestyle Underwear brands Muchachomalo and Chicamala. Together with a team of artists, fashion designers and marketers, we make a "Never Seen Before" campaign every year to reach a broad target group. We distinguish ourselves through our authentic identity and method. All creative aspects in the concept are made "in house" with its own talent. We are sold worldwide in more than 500 stores, have an international webshop and work together with the largest international providers.

What is the content of the position?

We are looking for a driven intern for our Customer Service department. As a trainee you are responsible for:

• Support Customer Service with B2B and B2C Contact by telephone, chat and mail;
• Administrative/facility work such as agenda management and archiving;
• Logistics activities;
• Monitoring the service levels of our partners;
• Drawing up and maintaining work descriptions;
• Collaborate with all internal departments;
• Giving operational assistance where necessary;
• Collect and develop market information.

Your profile

• Fluent Dutch in word and writing;
• Excellent communication skills in word and writing;
• Dynamic, flexible, curious, entrepreneurial and well organized;
• Strong drive, you think solution -oriented, innovative and willing to discover and investigate new ideas.

You are

• A VMBO/MBO student in a related training;
• Available to cooperate in the organization at least 4 days a week, for a period of at least 3 months;
• In possession of an OV annual card.
