Orders
Fill it return form in. Send your order back (you will have to pay return costs) and when we receive it, we will transfer the amount back to you.
To ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible, we always try to pack the ordered item immediately for you and send it to you. This means that unfortunately we can no longer change or cancel the order after the order has been placed. What you can always do is return the item within 30 days. You will then receive the full purchase amount back.
Most orders are currently delivered within 1 to 2 days. You will receive a track & trace code when your package is sent. When you have created an account, you will find the status of your order in your account overview.
Returns
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Of course that can happen. You can return any item you ordered from us within 30 days of the date of receipt for a refund. With the exception of defective goods, returned items must be in their original and resalable condition. So make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Returns must be made via the same route as the purchase was made. If a purchase has been made in the webshop, it cannot be returned in the store, webshop purchases must be returned via the link below.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items. This has to do with the processing time and current stock at the time of processing your return. In addition, it is faster and easier for you to purchase the desired product directly via a new order.
Do you want to return something? Then complete the returns form and return your order (return costs are at your own expense). As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount.
With the exception of defective goods, we do not currently cover the costs of returning a product to us.
We recommend sending the item via registered delivery method so you can always track it. Muchachomalo is not liable for returned goods that never reach our warehouse or are damaged during their return.
As soon as we have received your item back in our warehouse, a check will take place based on the reason for return. After approval, we will send you a confirmation email and you will receive a refund of the purchase price.
Refunds will be made automatically via the payment method you used to place your original order. This will take up to 10 business days, depending on the issuer of your payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days. After we approve the refund, the payout will go through your individual payment provider. From that moment on, we no longer have control over the refund. Still haven't received anything after 10 working days? Then take contact with us.
If you have received a defective item, we ask that you contact us immediately. Keep this information at hand:
- Your order number
- The name of the defective item
- Description of the defect
We usually replace defective items free of charge.
For orders delivered outside the EU, we will only refund the original purchase price of the items ordered. This means that we do not refund shipping costs or import duties.
Delivery & Shipping
For packages within the Netherlands you pay €4.95 shipping costs. We also ship to other countries at competitive shipping rates. In the checkout you can see what the shipping costs are abroad.
Orders from €80 are always delivered free of charge in the Netherlands & Belgium.
Within the European Union, orders over €99 are delivered free of charge.
We ship orders with PostNL. We continually evaluate our shipping methods to ensure that our customers receive their orders in the most convenient manner.

Orders within the EU are shipped free of charge above €99.
In general, orders within 1 to 2 working days shipped after the order is placed. You can see the current delivery time on the page when you view an item.
*During busy periods, such as during Black Friday, During holidays & during sales periods it may take a little longer before you receive your order (up to 10 working days). After the order has been shipped, our logistics partner will take care of the delivery. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday.
If you are not at home when your order arrives, the carrier will leave a message and your package will be taken to the nearest delivery point, where you can collect it within 10 working days. Don't wait too long to pick up. If your order is not picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. Depending on the circumstances, your purchase (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded.
In general, we can ship our products anywhere in the world from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
For us, as a European company, all orders delivered within the European Union are exempt from customs and import duties. However, if your order is delivered outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs and import duties once the shipment reaches that country.
Additional customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient; We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please check your country's customs and import policies to determine whether you are likely to incur additional charges.
After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with information on how to track your order. If you wish to make a change this must be done through the carrier as we no longer have control over the delivery once the order has left our warehouse.
Payments
Depending on your location, you can use different payment methods to pay for your order. We take security and fraud very seriously, so all payments are validated and accepted in collaboration with the payment provider and card issuer. Do you use PayPal as a payment method? You will then be redirected to the PayPal environment to complete the transaction.
You can pay with us with two types of currency: EUR (€) and USD ($). Changing the currency and language of the webshop is easy, click on the flag at the top right and choose your preferred language. Do you shop via mobile? Then you change the language and currency from the main menu.
We regularly run promotions and special offers, so our prices may sometimes change. Keep a close eye on our social media and newsletters for our latest promotions and sales prices. Customers who shop in our webshop for the first time are eligible for a welcome discount. This can be done by registering for the Muchachomalo newsletter. The welcome discount is only valid on items that have not yet been discounted and is not valid in combination with other promotions.
If your discount code doesn't work, please check the following:
- You can only use one discount code per order. Some discount codes are limited to one-time use per customer;
- The general terms and conditions may vary per discount code.
- Some discount codes are only valid for certain items or have an expiry date. So always check the promotional conditions associated with the discount code you are trying to use;
- Some discount codes are limited to specific countries or customer accounts.
If your discount code meets the above criteria, but still does not work, please contact us customer service.
Our prices change regularly due to seasonal trends, changing inventories and increasing or decreasing customer demand. For these reasons, we cannot reimburse any price differences afterwards.
