For packages within the Netherlands you pay € 3.95 shipping costs. We also ship to other countries at competitive shipping rates. In the checkout you can see what the shipping costs are abroad.
Orders from € 80 are always delivered for free in the Netherlands & Belgium.
Orders above € 99 are delivered free of charge within the European Union.
We send orders with PostNL. We are constantly evaluating our shipping methods to ensure that our customers get their orders in the most useful way.

In general, orders are Within 1 to 2 working days sent after the order has been placed. *In busy periods, such as during Black Friday, during public holidays & during sales periods it can take a little longer before you receive your order. After the order has been sent, our logistics partner will take care of the delivery. All our orders are sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday.
If you are not at home when your order arrives, the carrier will leave a message and your package will be taken to the nearest delivery point, where you can pick it up within 10 working days. Don't wait too long to pick up. If your order is not picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. Depending on the circumstances, your purchase (excluding shipping costs) will be reimbursed.
In general, we can send our products all over the world from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

After we have sent your order, you will receive an e-mail with information about how you can follow your order. If you want to make a change, this must be done through the carrier, since we no longer have control over the delivery after the order has left our warehouse.
